Sata is the way you can connect a normal harddisk, a controller is handeling the requests for the hard drive, this is the driver for that unit.
VGA is a Video Signal type, if you have a seperate videocard you should download the driver from their site.

Just a a general thing, installing drivers is not a bad thing.

Did you download the drivers from the manufacturers website?
    Should be the Chipset Driver.

Ask your PC shop to test individual components.
Like trying another power supply, another graphics card, etc until you determine what the problem is.
It's trial and error with this one.

Alright I looked at that PSU. You shouldn't get it. (reviews below). Instead grab this.

(looking at the JG score, 7.9 is really low for a unit that costs that much. a lot of units with 9.7+ scores exist around that market segment. And the tomshardware review reveals a fatal bug on the Power Good signal which could cause hardware damage in the case of a power outage).

Well there is no reason to go 7700K unless a 8600k will cost you more for some reason, 8700K is better in every aspect it comes down to price

    You mean the compatability note?
You have a certain amount of SATA ports on the Motherboard. If you use the M.2 slot (which you will) some of those SATA ports will not be useable since the M.2 slot and the SATA ports share bandwith. I believe the motherboard has 6 SATA ports to connect harddrives to, when you use the M.2 slots only 4 of those SATA ports can be used. This means you can have at most 4 HDDs if you use the M.2 slot.

Its not hard. The m.2 slot shares PCIe lanes with 2 of the sata 6gbs ports. When you populate the m.2 slot, there are 2 sata 6gb/s ports that are disabled. The motherboard manual will tell you which 2.

It's just a note that's saying when you install your M.2 drive that two of the SATA ports will be disabled. The manual will tell you which two and you can just plug the HDD into one of the non-impacted parts.

Take it from someone who owned a 1600X overclocked to 4.0 GHz, he's gunna want an Intel chip if he wants high refresh gaming. The only games I have that worked at those framerates on Ryzen were Doom and Overwatch. Everything else pretty heavily favored Intel's higher clock speeds.

Just lower the settings in games and you will easily hit 120+ FPS on 1440p.

You should be fine at Medium/High in most games with that card.

Or just upgrade your card if you want play at High/Ultra.

Well first is better gpu like 1080 ti paired with a good cpu such as 7700k,8600k or 8700k.
The rest i am sure u already knew like 16GB of ram although 8GB is good enough and Good motherboard, etc
And since u are going to start with a new build dont cheap out on the PSU.

I'd say upgrade to a 980ti/1070/Vega 56 (after reviews arrive) first, the 3820 should still be fine for it. if not, you can try finding a used 2670 as an upgrade.

If you're going to upgrade to anything recent, you will need to upgrade the cpu, motherboard, and ram all at the same time.
