    For the First time No, and no display Second I tried reshooting it again with the Pins back third time I turned it off to move the pins but while it was still off I moved it back and all of the times I moved the Pins I had my power supply off

    If you mean Swapping jumpers the Covering 2/3 pins to the other side, then yes I did do that and still Nothing

    I'm Not sure if the graphics Card Fully Powered on but It's enough to turn the fan on and produce heat.

    Ok So I Started Upgrading my Computer and taking out the parts(Cpu, Powersupply and Hard drive) from my old one and putting them in a new AMD 3+ Motherboard and Case) I also bought a Graphics card for later but 2-3 Hours in the Building phase Everything is set and plugged in I turn on thr power from the case the fans turns the Motherboard, Hard drive, Ram and CPU is Receiving power from the Power Supply and it appears to be all functional however when I plug in my VGA Monitor it keeps saying No Signal. I Tried this with 3 other moniters and even another VGA Cable and there's nothing I want to know what is wrong or if this is just Really Bad luck. 8/5/17 Edit Here is the parts I am using https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Ht6dhq (*Case and Monitor not shown)
