  1. Like I said, I tried updating the drivers, but still no luck. I looked at the event viewer, and when it blacked out, it said it was a display issue. This issue happens with both an external display and the one built into the laptop. Do you think I should reset it?
  2. I have a Dell XPS 15 9560, and for almost a month now, when I try to use word, it keeps going black every few seconds. (I don't know if this is an issue related to this or not, but when gaming on my laptop, after about 10-15 minutes of playing Rocket League, it starts to over heat then.) Over the course of this month, I've tried cleaning out the vents, updating the drivers, even reapplying thermal paste to see if that would do the trick. The only things I haven't done that I could think of doing is uninstalling Office (I bought a code for it) or reinstall Windows, but other than that, I don't know what else to doing over this.
  3. I bought the XPS 15 (9560) late April/ early May. I got this laptop for college and it would be $1,000 less than a 15" Mac Book Pro. Another reason I got this laptop is because of gaming. With the 1050 on board, it should handle games pretty well at 1080p. Like a person should do to their computer, I try to keep it up to date. I got a Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard in July, and experienced a little bit of lag in Rocket League. I've restarting the computer multiple times, and it was still laggy. I updated from the Anniversary Update to the Creator's Update to see if that will help. It actually made it a little worse. While I play, it goes from 60 fps to about 30 or so. That's with it plugged into power. Browsing on Edge and Chrome is what you'd expect. Any suggestions will help. My model of XPS 15 (9560) has an i7-7700HQ, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB PCIe SSD, 1080p panel, and a fingerprint scanner.
