I mean by now i really don't care, If i use a phone a care about the hardware but which phone would you rather get

I dont really take pictures but i dont care about the camera all i care about is the specs and storage, I really like the multitasking on the x but what storage do i need for it 64gb or 256gb

I currently have a 6s plus, i really like it but its kinda getting old,I really dont care about the software im only decideing on three phones and thats it, First phone: Iphone x 64gb model plus Airpods Second phone: Iphone x 256gb Third phone; GS9 Plus I would like to buy some airpods but im worried about th amount of storage i use, is 64gb enough?
