  1. Hello everyone! Turned on my pc today and got the bios message: "Over current have been detected on your USB device!! System will shutdown after 15 seconds to protect your mainboard." Unplugged all usb devices and the problem still happened. After unplugging the USB 3.0 cable from the MB I was surprised by a broken pin (see uploded pic). A single broken USB pin really killed my Motherboard?!?! MB B350m Bazooka Any way to fix this issue?
  2. Just today. It's been almost a day since I first had this monitor lost display signal issue. By "frenquently" I mean how fast I lost display signal after boot up. I'm still thinking that Age of conan might have fucked up my PC somehow. At first I was shocked because I've never seen this "gpu driver has crashed" error before. I even cursed and uninstalled the game. Maybe this was just a coincidence and the game has nothing to do with it. Let's see how my pc will behave until my new PSU arrives.
  3. Something weird happened yesterday while playing Age of Conan (mmo) for the first time. While playing this game (about 10min in), the game ctd and I got an error message saying that my gpu driver has crashed. Then I lost display signal and had to hard reset my pc. This was the event that triggered the first appearance of the issue. Today I uninstalled the gpu driver using DDU and installed the most recent one. Then the issue became more frequently and eventually lead to the creation of this topic. PC still running with 100% GPU usage for 30 minutes, tho.
  4. Now it booted... Super weird. Let's see if it will last. Took a photo with HW Monitor on. I limited the CPU to 4 cores in the Bios Setup before creating this topic.
  5. Today my monitor started to lose display signal at random. PC kept running. No GPU near dead related issues before the above stated issue. Now my PC refuses to boot. Sometimes it did boot, but lost display signal even quickier while browsing the bios setup or in windows loading screen. Now permanently stuck on boot sequence with nothing on the screen. Motherboard Debug Leds points to GPU. Is this in fact a dead PSU related issue? My PC: R5 1600, 8GB RAM, GTX 1060 6GB and a 12 years old 430w Seasonic Power Supply.
  6. I hope my hdd last until black friday, but the number of damaged sectors keep increasing... Now is 7137. It means my HDD will die at any time, right ? A critical failure maybe...
  7. Hello everyone! I don't know what happened to my hdd. I went to work and left a disk defragmenter running on my desktop computer. Back from work, my PC was ULTRA slow so I decided to format. The formatting process was painful and I got a message during the Windows installation menu saying my HD could failure any time. I did a HD Tune Pro 5.70 test and it says: "The drive has 6481 damaged sectors and 144 unstable sectors. (It keep updating every 5 min and showing different numbers). Any way to fix my old HD ?
  8. It was an ISP problem. If you try any method found easily on internet to solve this problem but still the problem persists, most sure it is an problem coming from your ISP.
  9. Did a ping test on CMD for both website: www.store.steampowered.com: No packet loss www.nvidia.com: No packet loss
  10. Those two websites below stopped working on my PC a couple of days ago: http://store.steampowered.com/ Steam Store website does not load properly and this also happen on Steam windows client. http://nvidia.com/ Nvidia website does not load and chrome show an error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. I can only access them through VPN. This is the only way I found to make the website load. This also occurs on my smartphone through the wifi of same connection. I tried many fix for both particular issues but nothing worked. Nothing changed on my network. Any reason and possible fix for this problem ?
  11. I hope this faster ram deliver +30 fps hehe One more question: It's safe getting the Kingston Savage version if this ram model is not listed on "memory support ryzen series" list on the MSI website ?
  12. I'm from Portugal. Maybe I can stretch my budget a little bit for a faster ram. I found those: Kingston Savage 8GB (2x4GB) 3000Mhz DDR4 CL15 - HX430C15SB2K2/8 Kingston HyperX Predator 8GB (2x4GB) 3000Mhz DDR4 CL15 - HX430C15PB3K2/8 (cost 20€ more) The Savage version is not listed on the compatibility list on the MSI oficial website.
  13. Specifications below: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 MB B350M BAZOOKA DDR4 ASUS GEFORCE GTX 1060 6Gb HyperX FURY 2x4GB 2133Mhz DDR4 CL14 Black Series - HX421C14FB/4 This is on the limit of my budget. Will it run ok ?
