okay guys thanks for all of your advices i have fixed the problem after almost 1 year with defaulting these settings in the color management

i just watched videos of my monitor while people play games on them they look very smooth and not comparable to what i have........

I dont think it has anything todo with my cpu or any other hardware as i said i tried my pc with other displays and they all were very smooth on 60fps.

No but i tried it with vga cable and it was totaly the same as hdmi

yes of course as i said i've tried too many options but non worked thanks for the info bro and yes i know there is a difference in smoothness of a video and in game.

hey guys, i got a LG 24MP68VQ monitor and as the title says i keep having a stable 75 fps at all games with vsync on but the movement is not smooth at all like even watching a 1080p60 twitch stream is smoother then my 75fps gaming. i have tried so many settings but non worked, whenever i plug my pc to my house TV's i get very smooth picture even tho its 60 fps, but with my monitor absolutely not smooth its not laggy or something else its just not smooth as it should be. please guys if you have any way to fix my monitor please give me. Thanks for your reply, No bro i already saw that model i didn't like it. its 200$ , but please notice that here things that you buy 140$ on amazon we buy them 240$, everything is high priced. no they are not the same price the lg one is 50$ more expensive, i also want to go for the BenQ but i'm afraid that it doesn't have display port.

Hello guys as you can see i'm new here please forgive my low english or anything else you see, i'm here to get help and some advices from you guys to help me purchase a monitor for my pc, i recently got a GTX 970 from a friend and i don't want to play games with it on 19 inch vga monitor anymore because it's a turtle. okay so i live in a country named iran and here monitors are nearly expensive as hell so i looked into these 2 options 1- Buy a BenQ GW2406Z with no delay 2- Wait a month for LG 24MP59G to get in stock and buy it hope you guys can help me which one shall i buy, i play Dota 2 , CS:GO and some other games. Notes: i don't want a non IPS monitor, i don't want less or higher than 24 inch monitor, my budget is low.
