  1. I built myself a system about a year ago with the following specs: - Ryzen 5 1500X - GTX 1060 3GB - A corsair ram 2400mhz (1x8) - MSI b350 tomahawk motherboard - A Seagate harddrive After playing some games I realised that my computer was underpreforming in comparison to what it should with these specs. So i benchmarked it in Unigine and there I saw that I got the exact results of what is to be expected of my specs (if not slightly better) So I accepted the fact and went on about a year without upgrading anything. Now i've upgraded to 16 gigs of ram and have an samsung ssd but my problems still remain. I have realised one thing about my games tho. I seem to have about the same amount of fps, no matter the graphic settings. I can run a game on ultra and get the same fps as I get when I run the game on low (and no I do not have a fps cap, cus my fps rotates from 40 to 12 and often stays around 20-30 fps in most games). Fallout 76 (unplayable at ultra with about 12 fps and 20 on high, other ppl with my card get 60fps at high) Star wars battlefront (getting around 30 fps at ultra but after a few minutes it usualy drops down to about 15-20, other ppl with my card get 90fps at ultra) The witcher 3 (getting 30fps at ultra, ppl with my card get around 60) I have found one exeption to this, and thats with overwatch where I get 110fps at ultra, and so does anyone else with my card. My CPU usage is around 40-50% and GPU is at 95-100% and working at around 60 degrees. I have no idea what has gone wrong and I'm slowly regretting building the system myself instead of going with a prebuilt. I would appriciate any help I could get.

    HEADPHONES

HyperX Cloud Alpha or HyperX Cloud II for $50?
  3. Thanks man, Happy Hollidays!
  4. I take it you recomend the Alphas?
  5. Wow thats some text but I already own a pair of headphones for music and such, so this thing would be for gaming and talking to friends on discord, so for gaming purposes should I get a gaming headset or just buy a mic to pair with my headphones?
  6. But doesnt the HyperX cloud alpha have much better sound and mic for the same price plus with the alphas being newly realesed?
  7. And even if im 98% going to be using it for gaming, is it still worth to pick up a headphone and mic combo?
  8. So the Cloud seies has its most expensive headset at $120, what would you recomend at this pricepoint then?
  9. Why would you recomend headphones with a extra mic. Wouldnt this be much more expensive?
  10. Yeah I ment with a mic. But are you familiar with the HyperX Coud series of headsephones with the Cloud, Cloud II, Cloud Stinger and the newly released Cloud Alpha. I was wondering witch one of those to buy
  11. What gaming headphones should I buy from the HyperX Cloud series? I have the budget for all of them I was just wondering if there was a special bang for your buck
  12. Im choosing between the Cloud II and the Cloud Alpha. The Cloud alpha seems like the best headsets you can get for $100 but they dont have 7.1 surround sound. The Cloud II I can get for about $50 but they came out two years ago so I dont know if they are still worth it in late 2017 The mic is pretty important to me and im unsure about this double sound chamber mechanicWitch one should I get?
  13. But are they still worth it in late 2017?
