For a few weeks i've been having a problem with my headphones microphone; when i use it on my desktop pc the sound is incredibly low even after i've turned it up to max on the settings but if i connect it to my laptop the sound is completetly normal and it sounds fine. I thought it was a driver problem so i tried using old drivers and reinstalling drivers but nothing has fixed it. Anyone know a fix? Both pc are running on the same version on Windows 11. The headphone in question is the Logitech g pro x.

Hello, I’ve been looking to buy a laptop that I can use when I travel for both programming and gaming, I’ve come across 2 options but I can’t decide which one. It’s 2 models of the ASUS zephyrus, one that has amd 7940hs and ddr5 4800 mhz ram with a 4060(2450€) and the other one has an i9 13900h,ddr4 3200mhz ram and a 4070(2600€). What would be the difference between me choosing ddr4 vs ddr5, is there a certain performance benefit if I choose the ddr5 model and is it still okay to be going with ddr4 in 2023?

I play that game professionally and I’m looking to get the best performance in order to compete that’s why. It’s not going to be useless if I can get better fps trust me about that. So I have to upgrade my psu and my cpu you think?

Hello, I’m looking to buy a 3080ti to upgrade my current pc but was wondering if there would be any problems such as bottlenecks. Are my specs on the laptop good enough for using is as a second pc?

A couple of years ago i upgraded from my gaming laptop to my current gaming pc and i'm now wondering if i can use my old laptop as a second pc for streaming. It's a dell inspiron 15 gaming 7577 with an i7 7700hq and a gtx 1060 max-q, is this enough for 1080p 60fps streaming and how do i do i stream with it while playing with my normal pc?

when i reinstalled windows all i did was disable windows automatic updates, install nvidia control panel and a couple of programs and remove xbox game bar, that's all i did to this pc yet Edit: also updated the network drivers

Sorry for responding so late, yes i installed the nvidia control panel, as i said i just reinstalled windows and this is the first time it's happened ever, still having this issue everytime i open windows settings / app store

I'm not sure about the difference between the 2, my screen fully brithtens when i open options and go on system, how can i tell the difference between backlight and gamma?
