    New rtx 2070 super card

I need to buy a new graphics card and i've been looking at this one. Is it okay purchasing the founders edition card or are they worse and how are they worse. Also if i have to wait till retailers like msi, gigabyte, asus etc put it on the market themselves how much does it usually take to do that? EDIT: does anybody know how much time till it gets on amazon?

    Cpu cooler

Hello,i've been looking into a new build and i really don't know what cooler i have to buy. I don't really want water cooling because i don't know if i'il be able to mount it properly since it's a little harder and this is the first pc i'il build myself. I've chosen a i7 9700k and a dark rock pro 4 and i think it should be able to handle it but i'm not 100% sure.
