It's not a problem mixing different sized or types of tubing for convenience, as long as the fittings are appropriately sized and designed for each type tubing

Quick question. Do the fans you’re trying to connect to the motherboard have 3 pins or 4 pins.
If they’re 3 pins, ensure the power control settings are set to “voltage control” in the EUFI.
Likewise, if they’re 4 pins, ensure that the power control settings are set to “PWM”.

Sorry, If you feel insulted; let’s just make sure it’s an issue with the motherboard.

Hi, your timings seem normal, although I don’t claim to be an expert.

What I can tell you is that I couldn’t find your ram stick model number in the motherboard’s database for tested ram so we can’t be too sure if the RAM is compatible at the 3000 MHz advertised speed. But you should take note that your Ryzen CPU will perform better with higher clocked ram.
On the other hand your motherbaord does claim to support 3200+ speed RAM sticks so it should be supported, perhaps they didn’t test it.

The error with Aida 64, if you can replicate it indicates that your RAM settings are not stable so I would assume your voltage is too low at 1.2 V

I recommend re inserting the ram sticks first of all and then running the XMP profile to run your ram at 3000 MHz at the rested stable settings.
If you can’t find XMP settings, just enter the settings manually:
    Speed: 3000MHz  Tested Latency: 15-17-17-35 Voltage: 1.35V

Had a similar issue with my brother’s gaming laptop. I tried reinstalling his Nvidea driver because it wouldn’t update. Turned out to be a directory issue. I replaced his HDD with an SSD hence reinstalling windows.

    My suggestion:
Install windows on a different drive and try it on that.
Or if you don’t have a spare storage driver, I suggest backing up important files on an external storage device and then reinstalling windows.

    Update:
The article helped a bunch. I'm running a Gigabyte motherboard so I figured to install gigabyte's App center as I found @BIOS very useful for safely flashing the motherboard but according to the article most of the Gigabyte Apps are the root cause  of the issue so I'll be uninstalling all of them save Gigabyte Fusion.

You're all brining up Ryzen but fail to realize that Ryzen was never designed for gaming.
Maybe at least with the 7820x, I can achieve the same single core performance as a 7700k and still not comrimise core counts in case I need them.

If you scrolled down in the parts list you'll see I've dedicated a 560mm Radiator just for the furnace that is x299.

I reckon I can easily hit 4.9 GHz and maybe 5 Ghz depending on how lucky I got with the CPU.
I'm planning to delid the CPU when tools become available to do it more safely and I'll get a monoblock to avoid VRM throttling, I'm expecting 5.2 GHz performance then.
