Im upgrading from a fx 4300, I don't plan on going to ryzen until I hit the end of the line and get 10fps on my games lol

I know they are essentially the exact same thing just one is at a lower voltage , both are 95w tdp so if i wanted a cool running chip (not that these chips exactly run cool) which would be the best for me?
