I'm 13 years old. I have a deep passion for high-end, custom-built PC's (I have a high-end PC but sadly, I didn't build it). I make pretty good grades (decent enough to get my parents to buy me a $1200 PC, $200 keyboard, and $60 mouse. I'm pretty good at Overwatch, a.k.a, life (can play around 4 players well but still bronze...). I want to be a surgeon when I come of age. I love dead memes. I love sports (not that I'm good at them). I have a YouTube account (not popular). That's about it!!

  1. I'm trying to decide on which router to get for our 1800 sq. ft. home. We don't have any 6E capable devices as of this moment but will in the future. The 6 GHz band seems like it will be very useful, but I heard the drop off is very bad. Also, is there any benefit the AX86U provides over the AXE75? I'm not sure if I'm missing anything. What do y'all think I should get?
  2. I've had this computer for years now, and I'm starting to notice that the computer is starting to show its age. I play mainly Overwatch at 1080p at mostly low settings and average around 120 fps. I play on a 240hz monitor, and I used to get around there in the past. I also play Call of Duty Modern Warfare and average around 80 fps on low settings. I tried switching the power saving mode to "Max performance" in Nvidia control panel, but that didn't really help. Also, I'm having massive lag spikes, and I don't know if that's connected. Just need some guidance. What should I do to raise frames?
  3. No. I have 0 experience usinggg a solderingg iron. I was thinkinggg I could use a 99% isopropyl alcohol solution to use on the switches. Maybe that would reduce all this chatteringg a little bit. What's your opinion on this? I'm just worried about pouring alcohol on my switches because I don't want to replaccce a $200 keyboard.
  4. I've never heard of these, but I think the fluffy material would overheat my airs...
  5. Thanks for the suggestions man. I've actually been looking into those headphones but didn't want to ruin more $400 headphones. About the ANC, I've been using them since Christmas at the gym, and I haven't noticed any side effects. I'm not asking for heavy ANC. I just want enough so the music is the most prevalent sound in my ears, and I can get into my zone.
  6. I'm looking for new headphones for the gym and was wondering if there were any with the qualities listed in the title. I know that there are the treblab z2's, but people say that the noise cancelling isn't all that great. If y'all own these headphones, is it good, at least better than the beats studio (1) wireless. If not, do y'all have any suggestions? Price isn't really an issue.
  7. Hey! This is my first post in a while. So, I've noticed recently that my keyboard chatters a LOT. Like, it's record is around 9 or 10 spaces when I press it once. I even installed this key chatter software and set it at 1 ms. It is reduced but still chatters. This is really getting on my nerves. I just wanna be able to type in peace. Even now, I'm constantly having to delete backspaces (that's the biggest culprit) and other letters. Anyone, know any other permanent solutions to stop this chattering? I don't want to return it because I paid $200 for it and it helps a lot when playing FPS games, that's why I got it in the first place. I tried adjusting my touch to no avail. I'm lost as to what do. This is me typing normally. Please h elp someebody. Men are dying out heere. I even got a frieend on discord, and this is all he ever gets because its impossiblee to ediit text when it's like this.

  11. What are you gonna be using it for?
  12. Hey so I was looking to buy an active noise cancelling headset, but by the time we could buy it, it was out of stock, so we had to go with my second choice. However, it isn’t noise cancelling. Recently, I read that the way it works is that a software generates sound waves which are negative to ambience sound. Is it possible that I could get a software that cancels background noise even if the headset isn’t noise cancelling? Thanks in advance.
  13. Are there any good gaming headsets with active noise cancelling, true/virtual 7.1, and wireless? Also with good build quality.
