That's actually exactly what i did but like ebay in belgium is like french and im from the dutch side of belgium so i couldn't read that

So yesterday i was chillin on ebay. And after a while i see this 1080ti for like 500 bucks, so im like yeah let's do this. So i hit this guy up on whatsapp and i say i wanna buy this card, but i wanna cam to see you are legit. So he's like okay ma dude. Then we cammed and everything was fine then i payed, the normal stuff. But wait he never send me the card and doesn't answer me on whatsapp. So bassicly im poor now. I dont think there is something you can do about, maybe move your os to ypur hdd can help but that wil oour boot time

The stealth in the game is like ac you can go without but its easier and in my opinion more fun to be stealthy
