Hi im trying to upgrade my old hp pc i already have a graphics card and a power supply the rest of my budget is 315 dollars for a cpu ram mother board, ssd old hp pc specs: cpu intel dual core e4500 2,16ghz (stock cooler) ram: ddr2 2gb hdd: 320gb psu: 350w mobo: unkown I need some suggestions to upgrade on a 315 dollar budget.

At my local store ram is really expensive for some reason and 8 gb of ram is like 100 dollars so i cant really get that for 700 dollars

Hey thanks for the part lists and i really appreciate it but i now have a new list based on your suggestions CPU: ryzen 5 1400 GPU: NVIDIA gtx 1060 4g PSU: EVGA 550 watt RAM: 4gb hyperx fury MOBO: AMD AM4 mATX GA-A320M-DS2 Cooler: stock cooler Hard drive: 2tb western digital SSD 128 gb kingston. I think this is a good build for my budget, thanks for all the suggestions.
