What an eventful 30 minutes lol, SO

Before i was done downloading the drivers, i decided to plug the hdmi cord back into the gpu and it for some reason worked, (it didnt work before but since i saw it in the device manager now i thought id try it) and it worked for some reason. BUT then when i plugged my other monitor in, it worked aswell but, it pushed all the icons and my geforce experience away. So i plugged it back into the igpu, let that download finish, restarted and now it works and everything is fine.

A GTX 1050ti would be a nice pairing with the fx 4300, thats what i have now.

What kind of games does he play? whats the budget of the new graphics card?

The 1600x might be a better choice, or even 1600. I could be talking out of my arse though. Only about 5-9fps diff between the 1700x and 1600x, Unless of course your streaming or have lots of other background stuffs going on while gaming.

Or like recently mentioned, you could wait.

Possibly, but you should be fine.
There are many manufactures that recommend shorter (usually under 2 meters) cables with their DACs

No, and if the mic is the only thing connected to the hub you won't even have any reduced bandwidth. Just be sure to get a powered hub, otherwise you might as well just get a USB extension cable. USB itself has a maximum transmit distance of 5 meters without a repeater (or powered hub).

Yes, thankfully, even between Intel and AMD boards form factors for motherboard's physical hole locations and whatnot stays the same

All mATX boards have their mounting holes in the same position, so that is nothing to worry about.

You're planning an entire platform change right? Because that board will require a Ryzen CPU while it looks like you currently have an FX processor. Anyways, the mounting holes are still the same as they both follow the M-ATX standard.

Honestly I've had 5 Razer keyboards and the most I've ever had is a LED fail in one that had Original CherryMX blues. Other wise they have been fantastic, Currently using the Deathstalker Chrome TE and really so happy with it, Got rid of my Corsair K70 after 5 LEDs failed a month into owning it. I'm also on my 3rd Deathadder with only the first (Deathadder 3.5G) giving right click issues after two years of been tossed into a laptop bag.

Not Saying razer stuff is perfect but most of the people basing it are only doing so cause they have a friend or something that had a bad experience, Bui yeah its electronics. Shit goes wrong. and normally when it does return it to the shop.

As for the Razer switches, I can't really tell the difference between them and the MXblues.

Only switches i would say try first is the Logitech ones as I honestly think they feel terrible for a mech keyboard.
