i can't decide which one to go for. all seem good options to me

I currently using an Asus Vivobook S510Un with a 5400 rpm mechanical drive and I am planning to upgrade my system by adding a faster m.2 drive. My budget is around 40 USD or 3000 INR.

I really don't get the concept!! Somebody please clarify.
