Dear people of the internet I'm not sure what to do I'm building a computer for gaming (yes I know) and I've built a computer in my IT course at school, but I've never had to source the parts and things that you need. I probably make this bigger than what it is but, I need a little help. When you buy all of the parts additionally do you need to buy stand offs and other items to connect the motherboard (and other items) to the case? Thank you for your time.

Thank you guys, sorry for forgetting to mention but this is my first build. Im 15 and I'm getting into pc gaming I was so anxious because you can destroy components with one touch of touch of the finger. I also take IT classes so Im not new to the terminology and what not. I also am not comfortable with overclocking, because this is my first build when I upgrade I will certainly overclock and upgrade what you guys suggest.
