  1. Ok I forgot to say but I mostly don't need 144fps in AAA titles and 60-80 is enough. But would I get 144 fps plus in all esports titles. And what about the choice for motherboard. So for this 8600k is enough??
  2. So after lots of hours wasted in searching the internet, I still couldn't get a defenitive answer for my gaming needs. I'm building a new pc and the config is the following: I5-8600k GPU - NOT DECIDED Trident Z RGB - 8GB*2 3200mhz Seagate Baracudda - 3tb Samsung 850 evo - 250gb Cooler master masterbox lite 5 rgb Motherboard - Asus Z370E or Z370F or Gigabyte Z370 Ultra Gaming Corsair Rm650x PSU Noctua U12-S or H115i pro So mainly my concern is the gpu. Is GTX 1080 enough for 1080p 144fps and 4k 30fps. For 1080p 144fps I am buying the samsung c24fg70 VA 1080p 144hz 1ms monitor and for the 4k, I'm using my LG Nanocell SJ80 TV, which is one of the best tv for gaming. As for the games I play in 1080p, mostly I would play Rainbow Six Siege, CS:GO, Rocket League, NFS series, DIRT series, PUBG and sometimes other AAA titles like Deus Ex series, DOOM (2016), Sniper Elite Series and other games like that. I would mostly prefer ultra but I won't mind to reduce the settings to high and sacfrice some anisotropic filtering and anti-aliasing. And for 4k whatever works is enough so no concern about it. So is the GTX 1080 enough for this??? AND as you might have seen in the list, which motherboard is the best? I want to pick a board between these options only, please. And for the RAM is there any noticeable difference between 3000mhz and 3200mhz.
  3. In accordance to the pattern of release dates qc 25 launched on 2014 , qc35 on 2016 and qc35 ll in end of mid 2017. So if Bose doesn't consider qc35 ll as a separate model, there are chances for possibly a qc45 in 2018. But I have currently have the qc35 which I just got few months back, and if you ask me it's a really good pair of headphone and for me even better than the pxc 550 in sound and noise cancelling aspects. So unless you have been saving up for a quality pair of headphones for a long time, you won't regret buying qc35 ll. To your concern even the qc25 is still a great pair of headphones.

  6. Ok i get but i have a confusion between two products which are the crucial mx300 sata 2.5 inch vs the m.2 ssd. What is the difference between these except the connector difference . BTW does maximus x hero support sata m.2 ssd?
  7. Ok and after reading some other post I guess for only gaming and not video creation work there is no benefit from nvme drives i guess. This is from a website:- In real world use, on a performance scale of 1-100 If we assume a standard HDD at "50" A SATA III SSD might be a 90. An NVME drive might be a 93.
  8. But i already have 4tb in the pc and a 40tb server also. So you are saying speed is not so effective in gaming pc ?
  9. I am building an PC as of below and some guys recommended me to go with a ssd instead of intel optane. So I already have a sandisk 960gb extreme ssd but i want to use it in a laptop instead. So apart from that I live in a place where pricing are crazy and nowhere comparable to US pricing (INDIA). So here I have two options Crucial MX300 1tb (ITS FAST) Samsung 960 Evo 512gb (ITS faster) So I have these two option which are of the same price, so I need some opinion to decide between both. BTW I have a 40tb server and i'm using a 4tb black for this computers storage. And has anbody used optane and seen performance difference.
  10. As i want to push 144fps on most AAA titles at ultra or high settings i want a gtx 1080ti
  11. No, if not screwed the weight of the gpu might cause many trouble which you wouldn't like.
