i don't think thats the issue, because it was doing it before i overclocked, and if that is the problem, how do I do that?

So I built my first PC about 3 or 4 weeks ago. And ever since i've built it, its been constant freezing, and crashing. Ill leave the room for a few minuets, and come back to everything frozen. this is especially bad when downloading things. and a lot of the time while playing, ill get the blue frown face, saying, "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart, we're just collecting some error information, then we'll restart it for you" Im really getting sick of it, and its turning me away from PC gaming. any help is appreciated. My specs are: amd fx 8320E 8 core 3.2GHz (Overclocked to 3.6). 16 gigs of team Vulcan 1600 DDR3 Ram. Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. EVGA Supernova NEX 650G 80+ gold power supply. MSI Geforce GTX 1060 Gaming X 3gb graphics card. seagate Barracuda 2tb HDD. and the ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 motherboard.
