  1. No, when I tried my second display with the DP it was working
  2. I have an ASUS VG248 as my primary display hooked up with display port, and a VE248 as my second with HDMI. Everything was running fine last night, but when I turn on my computer today my main screen isn't displaying an output. I get the asus logo just from turning on the monitor, but nothing from the computer. I tried restarting multiple times, tried flipping the cable around, but still nothing. It works with HDMI though. My second display also works with the display port cable. Is the display port on my primary screen just dead or am I missing anything? Plz help,I want to go back to my 144hz again.
  3. I currently play Pcars, F12016, Elite Dangerous and a wide array of much less demanding games, looking to get Pcars2 after a while. This is my monitor https://pcpartpicker.com/product/rkphP6/asus-monitor-vg248qe
  4. So I'm in the process of buying parts for my new pc, and one of the parts I've left out so far is the GPU. Should I get a new 1070, 1080, or reuse the 970 i popped into my prebuilt 2 years ago? I'm looking to do some VR sim racing in the future. Some helpful input would be greatly appreciated
  5. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Pj7BBP about $1,300 US
  6. Im slowly gathering the parts and don't have them all yet, or have anything built

  8. How do i know whether my mobo requires an ATX or ATX12V power supply? I don't really know what the difference is and I don't want to kill my mobo because I got the wrong one
  9. Howdy everyone. So I'm going to be a first time PC builder here within the next year. However, I will also be moving from the US to Germany for a few years in April. My main question is would it be cheaper to buy my components in the US or in Germany for my build, also how difficult to get PC hardware in Germany? And if anyone knows, how likely would my computer be to get damaged while being shipped there?
