  1. This unit was send to Apple around 6 weeks ago for Keyboard replacement. It was cleaned (I think).
  2. I am kinda mad cuz CPDR made a huge hype around the game and they provided hmmm... something which shouldn't be released (at least on consoles). I have played on PC and game is playable. I managed to finish it without bigger issues. I had graphical glitches which were weird and funny sometimes, but it's not about GRAPHIC after all but storyline? Anyone? I know, game is/will disappoint MANY players, especially those who had good time with Witcher 3. I think, they started Cyberpunk Hype way too early. They could wait a year or two and release full game in 2021/2022 but I thing hype pressure was too big and they have delivered "something". Also, I think many people forgot how the Witcher 3 was buggy on the release day. It was probably less than Cyberpunk but there was a lot of glitches and issues. They managed to get peoples trust by applying patches to solve all the issues.
  3. Hi Guys! Sorry if this post is in the wrong category. As I see there is no category for apple fanboys :V Soo... I am a UX/Front End Developer for a small company. I am thinking about buying a Mac Mini M1 to do my Dev work. Is it worth switching from 2017 MBP? Do we have any devs here who have switched to M1? I know that Mamp Pro is using Rosetta for translation and stuff. At the moment I am working on a 13-inch 2017 MBP which is connected to Mi Curved 34". Here is why I am thinking about switching: Since covid started I had no problems with my MBP but for the last 2 weeks(?) fans are spinning like hell. It is weird as previously I never had that issue. It was quite quiet. I have contacted Apple about that issue and I got my favourite “It’s normal. We see no issues.” So I thought, I'm gonna buy a Mac Mini to keep all my work in a small box. I would save some desk space and I am not going to risk setting my laptop on fire (lol). Personally I have a full tower PC which is used for gaming and render work but I don't want to move my dev work there as the company I work for provides licences for MacOS only (buying licenses for Windows would cost a small fortune). More Details for geeks: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) 2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB Temps I have:
  4. Hello guys! I have a laptop "HP ENVY 17-j141na Notebook PC" and power button did not work. So... I checked how I can fix this "small issue" on HP support website and this "small issue" became a complete disaster. I was told to unplug RAM, Hard Drives and CMOS battery and put everything together. So I did. And it started. As everyone knows, after removing battery, BIOS got messed up and it did not boot Windows (I have Win10) so I had to do 2 clicks to boot system. I had that for two days but I was too tired of selecting boot drive every time I run my laptop so I tried to fix it (again with HP support website). I did all step by step procedures and well... Everything was messed up. -> BIOS did not recognises any of my Hard Drives. -> I have updated BIOS as HP support website said... -> again, BIOS did not recognises any of my Hard Drives... -> When I am trying to install new system via USB Flash Drive, Windows Instalator recognises Hard Drives -> When I am using USB Flash Drive, Boot Manager Detects it but when it is unplugged, Boot Manager is empty. -> I have installed new System on SSD but I can't run it as BIOS doesn't see Hard Drive I tried Legacy Settings on and off and still the same issue. Do you have any other ideas how I can fix this? Thanks
  5. Hello Guys! My name is Szymon (Simon or for close friends Sate) (23 yo) and I was born in Poland. 10 years ago I moved to Edinburgh in Scotland and well... I stayed here :V I have just graduated from Napier University. I did there Web Design and Development so I can say, I know how into internet and not funny memes. At the moment I am working in "Big Shop" but I am looking for a job as UX Designer or front end developer. When I am off from "Big Shop" I do some freelancing. Hope to have a good time here. Peace
