Ram is ram. Anything above 2666MHz is good. Just get the cheapest set from a reliable brand and you'll be fine.

I've run 2 monitors no problem on a GT640.

you wont be able to game on both but running both at the same time to multitask is not a problem.

you're not going to save any money either way. With how screwed the market is atm you won't even be able to find a GTX 1080ti of any kind for a reasonable price.

What's your budget? Id go with a 750ti on a low budget or a 1050/1050ti for a bit of a higher budget.

On a budget, have 400 to get a 1600, ram and mobo

The gpu isn't that important when streaming, A 3gb 1060 is fine for 1080p 60fps. His lack of extra cpu cores are the main issues

I'd go with the monitor and steam cards, they'll last you longer than the switch.

The cpu is fine, it;s just the ram and GPU that is the problem.

You could raise the voltage, but remember that ryzen has memory issues. So you could just lower the speed to 3000mhz as the performance increase from 3000 to 3200 is minimal.
