    This has probably been asked many times before... Sorry.. I have an old pentium 4 machine running windows 7. I was wondering if I could move windows to a new pc. Should I upgrade to windows 10 first? Will that make it easier? Thanks for help!

    My problem is that sometimes when I turn on my pc it just comes to a black screen with a blinking underscore in the top right corner of the screen and I have to unplug it in order for it to turn off since the power button doesn't work... What could be causing this? Help! Also it works after I unplug it..

    Maybe 2 24" 1080p 60hz And one 24"1080p or 27"1440p 100hz+? If you could fit that into your budget?
