    I'm currently planning my first pc, my GPU is a GTX 1050 ti, which of these CPU would compliment my GPU without bottlenecking it?

    Oooh I see now, on the bright side, we have this sale event that happens every late October, hopefully the GPU prices come down before that. Thanks for the help

    I'm not really well informed of the cryptocurrency scene, how does this affect the prices of the GPU? It's strange lol

    So, I'm guessing using a thumb drive is more convenient? A friend of mine says using USB is more complex, I have little knowledge of this area hahaha. Ditching the dvd drive sounds great saves me 20$ to get a keyboard since I don't have one

    Helloo, I've been researching and picking out parts for my first custom PC, he's what I've got https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NVGdQV . I based the build on the i5-6500, and the GTX 1050 Ti with a budget of 750$ - 850$. I've been swapping parts such as the storage and PSU for more cheaper/valued alternatives, I think I'm in a decent spot. What do you guys think of the parts/build? Are the parts compatible with each other? Is there any better parts I should swap out? Should I ditch the optical drive since I'm only going to use it once for installing drivers and windows? I've also checked the sizes of the hardwares if they'll fit inside the case (PSU, CPU cooler etc), it'll be great if you guys can verify it, thanks in advance :D
