  1. Would double check the device settings in iCUE and make sure that both the mouse and the dongle have firmware versions and neither has a "?". Also try re-pairing the mouse to the dongle incase it became un-paired during the update process. If you still run into issues, I'd reach out to our support team. https://support.corsair.com/
  2. Sounds like the button might either be stuck in the depressed position and constantly resetting the motherboard, or the switch itself is bad. Could try cleaning it with some isopropyl alcohol and see if that brings it back. We did offer a replacement IO panel, but this case has been EOL for awhile and not sure if and when it would be available again. Link below is to the original part: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-|-Parts/PC-Components/Cases/Carbide-Series™-Air-240-Front-I-O-Panel/p/CC-8930325 Other suggestion would be to reach out to our support team and see if there are any replacements still available. They will have the most up to date information on availability. https://support.corsair.com

    This is fine.

Wow, original H80i, that bad boy is pretty old. I'd recommend replacing the cooler with a newer model. They come with a 5-year warranty, so an RMA isn't possible unfortunately. We no longer offer the thick core style like the H80i, so the closest in performance would be an H100i Pro XT or Elite Capellix. You may come across other versions like Platinum, which will work too, but the previous 2 are our current models.
  4. You can try performing a soft reset on the mouse by going through the following steps: Unplug the mouse Hold the Left and Right Mouse Buttons While holding the buttons, plug the USB back in Release the mouse buttons after 5 sec If this doesn't correct the mouse, you'll need to reach out to support for a hard reset and the files to perform it. You can submit a ticket through the portal below and one of the agents can provide you with the files and steps: https://support.corsair.com/
  5. No updates right now on changes being made to allow per-key lighting over wireless. The impact to wireless performance is one of reasons it's not available as mentioned above.
  6. Couple questions, which model H100i AIO pump do you have? And are the ML Pro fans you mentioned the ones included with the pump? For all of our fans, the lighting won't match if they are mixed and matched on the same hub with different versions because the LED counts are different. For example: LL120 with ML120, or SP120 Pro with LL120. If you plan to run different RGB fans in the same system, you will usually need a second RGB controller to plug the second model of fans into. If you have an AIO that supports RGB fans (Elite Capellix or Platinum Series), you can connect the ML fans to the pump RGB connectors, and leave the LL120 fans connected to the Lighting Node Core.
  7. Definitely need to get that unit replaced. If the unit is within the retailer exchange period you can go through them, or directly through CORSAIR. Just create a ticket through our support portal below, and one of our Technical Support reps will be able to take care of you. https://support.corsair.com/ Let me know if you run into any issues.
  8. The only other keyboard that will fit is a wired version of the K63, but it won't have the locking clips to hold it in place. When I first started using this setup, I had the same thing happen, but got in the habit of balancing the board or setting the mouse down separate.
  9. You're correct, the fans included with the Elite Capellix coolers (and most of our others) are different from the retail versions. We spec the included fans accordingly for being installed on a radiator depending on which model of AIO. You can match up your fan speeds using the iCUE software and creating a custom curve with the Fan RPM option.
  10. This will work also. You just need to make sure your motherboard has 2 USB 2.0 headers available. You'll connect both the Commander Core and Lighting Node Core to both ports. The fan speed will need to be controlled by one of the PWM headers on the motherboard.
  11. Do the fan speeds set correctly if you set a fixed RPM? Do you experience similar behavior using the default quiet profile?
  12. Ironclaw Wireless would work great too. A lot of people with larger hand profiles really like the shape based on my interactions with them at conventions. Let me know if you have any questions.
  13. As of right now I don't believe you can change the order by device, only the fans on that specific channel. Ie. 6 fans on Commander channel 1, you can change the order for that channel. Don't think you can change the order by device, make one device light before the other manually, it is done automatically by how it is detected when iCUE initiates the devices for the first time. Ie. If you want Commander Core detected first before Lighting Node Core, it has to be plugged in and detected by iCUE first before Lighting Node Core. This is something that came up with elaborate systems like 1000D that will use multiple iCUE devices, and we're working to improve.
  14. Agreed, there are quite a few wires involved depending on how elaborate your setup is. The newer Commander design was much easier for me when assembling and cable managing the photography builds for our website this time around. Definitely a step in the right direction to minimizing the footprint of the ecosystem when building.
  15. This setup will not work with the cable you linked. The connectors are different (meant for 12v aRGB header) and Commander Core can only support up to 6 LED fans. There is currently no way to add an RGB splitter with how our ecosystem is designed. Best solution for more than 6 fans would be to purchase a Lighting Node Core. If you're planning to upgrade to QL fans like the image you provided, the triple pack comes with a Lighting Node Core, so you won't have to purchase it separately.
  16. Correct, there is a tachometer cable that connects to the motherboard CPU_FAN header so it doesn't throw an error on boot. I also included our official installation video for reference below:
  17. Ideally you would want it connected to the motherboard so it doesn't throw a CPU_FAN error code when you boot the PC. You can disable this in the BIOS for your motherboard, and leave it disconnected, although I don't recommend it.

hey can u check my most recent topic post pls

Just responded to it. Looks accurate for your setup. Let me know if you have any questions.
  19. Everything looks right to me, minus the USB cable which you already mentioned. One of our Beta Team members created a similar diagram when we launched the Elite Capellix AIO Cooler line for reference:
  20. That is all correct. You'll want to connect the ML's to the core and all 6 QL's to the RGB hub, or vice versa. As of right now you can only assign one fan type per LED channel in iCUE, so mixing and matching isn't possible without having odd lighting effects depending on what you set.

    New Mic

A little over the budget, but I'd recommend the Elgato Wave 1 mic. Mic sound quality is great for a USB mic, and has a relatively small size. Comes with Elagto WaveLink software which is a software controlled mixer that is pretty powerful. We've included an adapter so the mic can be mounted to our Elgato Multi-Mount or aftermarket mic arms. If your headset is analog with a 3.5mm connection, you can connect it to the mic for monitoring as well, which is quiet useful if your headphones have good passive noise cancellation.
  22. Not sure if you've looked into the CORSAIR Ironclaw or Ironclaw Wireless, but most people I talk to at conventions with larger hands like them. The wireless version has a few more buttons which might come in handy for your CAD work. Both mice can have their buttons remapped with shortcuts you use often. Let me know if you have any questions about either of them.
  23. I've been using the Lapboard, K63 Wireless, and a Dark Core for about 3 years now to play on the couch, and it's a solid setup. There is memory foam padding underneath the Lapboard, which makes it comfortable for long use. You can also easily relocate the keyboard and mouse on your desktop when you're not playing on the TV, so pretty convenient.
  24. One of our new CORSAIR 4000 Series Cases would be a possible candidate for your build. We have 3 different variants (4000D - Solid panels, 4000D Airflow - Perforated panels, and 4000X RGB - Tempered Glass Panels) depending on your preference. All of them will accommodate your GPU if you go with a top mounted radiator. I'd recommend the CORSAIR H100i Elite Capellix in your situation.
  25. The CORSAIR H150i Elite Capellix would be a good option. You can choose to turn off the RGB lighting, just set everything to black in the iCUE software. It also comes with a 5 year warranty, should anything happen, we can have it replaced for you. Let me know if you have any questions.
