  1. LL120's can be installed on radiators, and they will provide proper performance in most situations. We've used LL120 in a lot of our builds attached to radiators as well as our Vengeance PC's with no thermal issues. Case airflow can be a bigger contributing factor in poor temps.
  2. Since the 220T RGB has a Lighting Node Core pre-installed (PCB Controller in photos) you won't need to connect it to your MOBO RGB header. Just connect the USB to a USB header and SATA connections to your PSU. The fans pre-installed in your case will connect to ports 1-3. Your ML240L won't be able to connect to the Lighting Node Core unfortunately since they use a different style connector. You could purchase different fans that can connect to the controller and install them on the radiator. The matching fans with the rest in the case will be CORSAIR SP120 RGB Pro fans. All the fans need to match for proper configuring in iCUE. Let me know if you have any other questions.
  3. Here to solve the mystery for you guys. The 275R has a similar chassis design to our SPEC-06 which has an RGB variant. The hole is for the controller that allows adjustment of the front RGB.
  4. Yup, you guys are correct, the designation is for the regional plug. Everything else is exactly the same for the PSU and modular cables. Nothing to worry about in using that PSU in your build.
  5. No problem, it takes a bit of time to determine what is right for you. We have five different switch types that will have a different feel and benefits. The page below gives a brief overview of Cherry MX switches that we currently offer. It is a little older and doesn't include Cherry MX Low Profiles switches, but gives the general overview. Let me know if you have more questions. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/cherry
  6. We've discontinued that particular case, so spare parts are going to be hard to find. Your best bet is what @TVwazhere suggested and look at 3rd party and 2nd hand unfortunately.
  7. If you're looking for hardware playback to store profiles, I'd recommend either the K70 MK.2, Strafe MK.2, or K95 Platinum or XT. K70 and Strafe are standard size, while K95 offers 6 dedicated macro keys on the left. Strafe vs K70, very similar with K70 having an Aluminum frame vs Strafe with steel mounting in a plastic chassis; features are exactly the same. If you have a preferred Cherry MX switch type, your options start to narrow down.
  8. We have an advanced replacement option where we send it to you first before you send back the faulty unit, that way you don't go without. In some very specific cases "Proof of Destruction" was an option instead of shipping the faulty unit back, but I'm not sure if this policy is still in place. If you're looking for a Corsair keyboard, let me know what features and budget you are wanting, and I can provide you with some suggestions.
  9. You should get a reply shortly. If you don't receive anything in the next couple days, PM me with your information, and I'll reach out directly to him. With everything going on right now we're experiencing longer than usual responses, but working to make sure everyone gets taken care of as promptly as possible.

I hope Corsair does this instead of sending a n…

@TVwazhere We have a wallpaper on the website that we created with a bulldog. Bulldog was the first (almost) complete system build we offered.
  11. If you have any issues with the RMA or getting a response, keep me in the loop, and I'll work with the agent helping you.
  12. Sounds like it might be the cable, but the mystery continues. Keep me in the loop if it is the CamLink 4k, it comes with a 2-year warranty, and can be replaced if it is the culprit.
  13. Got a response from our Elgato Tech Marketing rep, and some steps for you to try @PianoPlayer88Key: The LED code seems fine to me – The LED only lights up if the device has a valid signal. In the video, he does not have anything plugged into the Cam Link 4K. Please have the person try a firmware update. Download + install the Elgato 4K Capture Utility software from http://e.lga.to/downloads Open the 4K Capture Utility software Press and hold the CTRL key, then open the setting at the top right of the 4K Capture Utility software In the settings window, click on the ‘Devce’ tab and from the device dropdown select the Cam Link 4K The firmware button should be visible. Click it and follow the steps.
  14. That particular case comes with 3 pin fans installed. 4-Pin fans are typically on higher tier cases, or something like our Quiet cases.

Hi Nick. I recently got my hands on a Corsair 9…

I checked with our support teams to see if these were available in any of our wharehouses, and unfortunately we don't have any in stock. Best option I can suggest is second hand at the moment since the case was discontinued.
  16. I'm checking with one of the Elgato Tech Marketing reps to see what they have to say. Are you using an HDMI -> Micro HDMI adapter? Have you tried using a standard HDMI to another video out source? Connecting the HDMI from the CamLink4k to your HDMI video out from the GPU should pick up video and create another monitor in Windows and show in the Capture HD software.
  17. @RobinD - Very good recommendation and has everything the OP is asking for. The K95 Platinum and Platinum XT both actually have USB pass-through. They might not have mentioned it in the videos is all. What is your budget for the replacement keyboard? That will definitely play a factor in options. Also, any preference on switch type?
  18. I would keep an eye out for a deal on either a Strafe MK.2 or K70 MK.2. MSRP is higher than your budget, but I've seen deals on retail sites that fall close or within your budget. Both offer Cherry MX Red options, and K70 MK.2 has MX browns as well. You'll also have USB pass-through, Volume Scroll Wheel, and a detachable wrist rest. Either option would suit your pre-reqs you mentioned above. Let me know if you have any questions.
  19. You shouldn't see a huge difference in performance switching to the QL's in your build. We have a number of builds using them on radiators in single or push/pull configurations around the office, and they run perfectly fine. With that said, if you were struggling with thermals, switching to QL's wouldn't be an improvement in that situation.
  20. What RPM do you have the fans set to in the BIOS? As @Darpyface mentioned, you can try adjusting the fan curve based on CPU temps so they are not as loud during idle.
  21. All Corsair Hydro Coolers come with a 5-year warranty. If it were to fail within those 5-years, you just need to submit a ticket on our support site, and we can exchange your unit for a new one. Let me know if you have questions about a specific model, and I can help you out.
  22. Based on third party benchmarks, the Corsair 220T does provide good airflow. Let me know if there are any other features you're looking for or if you have any questions about this case. It is a compact ATX case, so component choice does play a factor if you're migrating your build over.
  23. Just responded to your PM. We're experiencing some delays due to the current situation everyone is going through, but working to get everyone's order processed. I'm sure just about everyone would agree, this is a less than ideal and unexpected situation. Keep me in the loop if you experience any other issues.
  24. If the macro keys aren't a hard set feature you need, your options open up to include the K70 MK.2 as well. It's a standard size keyboard opposed to an extended, and also comes with Brown switches as an option. Cherry MX Browns and Blues will have a similar feel, with the main difference being the audible click you hear with Blues.
