  1. There is a good chance there could be some buildup or air bubbles trapped in the pump. Try removing the pump head, give it some shakes (not violently) and then reinstall it. Run the pump with the logo facing the ceiling for about 8 hours and see if this corrects the issue. Once you have the USB connected, you can double check your pump temps and that could explain a lot more as to what is going on.
  2. I would go with either a CORSAIR RMX or RM series around 550W-650W. Both have a pretty good feature set and very reliable; we use them in a majority of our builds. Finding them in stock is a little tricky right now with everyone building systems, same case for a lot of manufacturers, but we're working to address this. Let me know if you have any questions.
  3. Based on the part number on your K65 RGB Gaming Keyboard, there is no USB pass-through. This was a feature we added to newer versions like the LUX and Rapidfire. We include 2 USB cables on the majority of our keyboards for power requirements. Motherboards using USB 2.0 ports would require both plugs, while USB 3.0 only requires one. Keyboards with the pass through would utilize the second USB connection for the data transfer.
  4. Either CORSAIR H100i Pro XT or H100X will work well for what you are asking for. Benefit of the Pro XT is that you can control and customize pump and fan speeds, and it comes with ML120 fans. As far as your concerns about leaking, all our coolers come with a 5-year warranty and currently have policies in place should the very unlikely chance one does leak. Let me know if you have any questions about the coolers.
  5. Have you tried reseating the IO plugs just to be sure it's making a good connection? Support should be able to send out a replacement IO panel to you since it's still under the 2year warranty. Go ahead and PM me your ticket number, and I'll reach out to our support team to see if I can help push this along for you.
  6. Thanks guys for bringing these up. I sent them over to our web team, and should be corrected in the near future. Let me know if you find anything else you come across.
  7. @Nkw820 Go ahead and create a ticket on our support site like johnnyguru mentioned, and I'll work with our Technical Support team to bring in your PSU. After you create the ticket, please PM me your ticket number so I can have it flagged for processing. If you have any other questions about the process, let me know. https://support.corsair.com/
  8. What model PSU do you have? We've found that some PSU models from other manufacturers don't included support for +3.3v on SATA connections, and will cause coolers to not power on. Also I would double check to make sure it's plugged in the correct orientation and try a different SATA port.

@Corsair Nick you sly dog https://www.guru3d.co…

Can't comment on any particulars...but it's something I think most builders will be excited for when it launches. @Tech_Dreamer we're very much still active in the community, and will continue to be in the foreseeable future
  10. I can help point you in the right direction to get this taken care of, and hopefully help move the process along. You'll need to submit a ticket on our support site, and one of our Technical Support agents can assist with the replacement. After you make the ticket, go ahead and PM the number to me, and I'll reach out to one of our agents to look at the ticket. Let me know if you have any other questions. https://support.corsair.com/
  11. Hi Xel, I just responded to your PM. I reached out to the senior members of Tech Support and Customer Service to find out more details, and should get this resolved soon.
  12. Agree with everyone else, the RMx is still a great PSU that we still offer right now, and no need to replace it yet. As far as cases go, what is your planned budget? CORSAIR 275R Airflow, 220T Airflow, and 465X are all suitable for your airflow needs and will fit your existing hardware. Besides different price points, 220T will have a compact footprint compared to the other two, while 465X adds front TG with large airflow openings. Let me know if you have any questions about those cases.
  13. Yeah, just send over the support ticket number on your RMA to my PM, unless they have already approved the RMA. It's usually about 7-8 numbers long and I believe it's listed at the top of the ticket.
  14. It's not a common issue that happens, but I've seen it before, even in other applications using tempered glass. Hopefully everything is ok, and wasn't a huge pain to clean. If you haven't done so already, go ahead and make a support ticket on our website, and I can have one of our technical support agents reach out to you for a replacement side panel. If you already put in a ticket, PM me your ticket number, and I can escalate it within their team. https://support.corsair.com/
  15. @xelemorf - Not sure what happened with how the RMA was processed, but I get why you would be frustrated. Let me look into this with our Technical Support Team to see what happened. Can you PM me your ticket number so I can reach out to one of their senior members to verify? As you would imagine, things are a bit hectic right now, but we are still processing RMA's and working diligently to help out customers during this time. We'll get this sorted out for you.
  16. 750D is the only full tower I believe still in production. It is an older design, but I think many would agreed it's a solid case with great build quality and features.
  17. No problem...just here to pitch in. Didn't realize you had a 275R Airflow already, which is a pretty good case for airflow to begin with. Really boils down to if you think you'll be hitting a thermal threshold given the information @TVwazhere provided, and where you feel the balance of style and performance should be Refunds typically take 2-4 weeks to process I believe. If you run into issues after that amount of time, let me know and I can check with Technical Support on the status.
  18. It's not completely out of the question, but the likelyhood of both coming back into production is very slim. 275R/Q, 465X, and 678C are all current and fill in for those categories.
  19. Styling will depend on personal preference, but both the CORSAIR 465X and 570X are options you might be interested in. Both have good airflow, especially for TG cases, and back spacing is pretty good for cable management particularly for the 570X since it's a larger case. The 570X MSRP is slightly higher than your budget, but you might be able to catch it on sale. If you have questions about either case, let me know.
  20. CORSAIR 678C has the internal storage space you're looking for. Includes (6) 3.5" and (3) 2.5" drive bays. You can add up to (2) more 3.5" if you need it for a total of (8). Maximum cooler height is 170mm, so it should fit most air coolers. Let me know if you have any questions about the case.
  21. If I remember correctly, the CORSAIR 275Q is available in Brazil. Standard ATX case that includes sound damping material and a PWM fan splitter. Might work for what you are looking to accomplish.
  22. Can't go wrong with either option. Modular cables is the biggest benefit, but since you mentioned that isn't a priority, the ZERO-RPM fan mode on the RMx might. Basically the fan will not run unless the PSU hits either specific load or temp, and will automatically kick on and spin up as needed. When your PC is idle or using less power, this one less component generating noise in your build.
  23. Depends on how you look at it, and I can see where it could get confusing. The case and included controller are compatible with the motherboard, and offer additional customization through our iCUE ecosystem. Unfortunately the cooler is not compatible with our ecosystem, but could be controlled separately through the RGB header on the motherboard if available. It really comes down to either choosing one ecosystem, or using two different ones for different devices.
  24. I would give the CORSAIR Dark Core Pro or Ironclaw Wireless a look. Both are palm grip wireless mice using our SLIPSTREAM technology which offers sub 1ms response. The Dark Core Pro is more tapered with interchangeable side grip for a pinky rest, while Ironclaw Wireless is a bit wider. Let me know if you have any other specific features you're looking for or have any other questions.
