KB5 is right if there are still files in that folder you won't be able to move it.
The simplest way in my opinion is to make the drives empty go to C/users/(your username)/ then select videos ctrl x then paste them where ever you like you video folder to be

I think it just deletes the link to where they are. Say you had a small house in the woods and you threw away the map. It's still there, just no one knows the way. But if you bulldozed it (or on a PC, secure wipe, which overwrites he free space with 1s and 0s multiple times), then it really is gone forever.

It's been a while since I developed a website, but the ")" seems to be coming from your scripts.php file, so check that one.
When it comes to the divs, you can set their display to be inline-block and then in the wrapper set text-align to center.
