I have a i7 5960X and an ASUS X99 Deluixe II MOBO build I’m just now putting together. My question is the i7 5960 calls for 1333, 1600 or 2133 speed RAM would I run the risk of system problems if I use my G Skill DDR4 2400 speed RAM from another system I have?

I'm trying to decide between an Intel 5930k, and intel says Ram at 2133 OR.....an Intel 6850x and intel says Ram with 2400 Can I get Ram with 3333 for any of the two above as long as my mobo can handle it? I've got an ASUS x99 Deluxe II
