Yes that is common practice while not absolutely necessary some manufactures do wire the casing to ground also, you will also find this is sometimes be true on your cables.

You shouldn't need to change any of your hardware. Ergonomic keyboards can help, but they probably won't change your life.
Make sure that your setup is adjusted for proper ergonomics. Typing posture is incredibly important as well, especially keyboard and wrist placement. General guides for computer ergonomics are available all over the internet.

It can be normal to feel tired after a long typing session, but you should never feel pain. If this pain is lasting longer or becoming more frequent, it might be a good idea to see a doctor.

Further to this, it's never a bad idea to take a break every 30 - 60 minutes. Just stand up, take a few steps on the spot, stretch your wrists, and look away from the screen before returning to work.

Premiere Pro is $20 a month if you commit to a year, and $30 a month if you want to go month to month. Personally I'd give Premiere a test drive for a couple months, but you do you bruh.

According to the ASUS website, as long as you're running BIOS version 3007, it should be fine.
I'm not sure if the board has an EZ-Flash button. If it doesn't, you might need to find a surrogate CPU to update.

thing is these prices are counting the extra power your paying for or network, or time to keep it up.

Whats your internet connection? Do you have a static IP? How fast and what latency. The internet in data centers is much better than your home internet.
