Right so I'm adding the new boot option I have selected the device what would the file path be?

From the live USB theses are the partitions.

It has 2 partitions. How do I add that in the bios is it add a new boot device? Thanks.

And before the amd system it was on a intel i7.

The old board was a asrock 970m pro3. Yes the new board does boot to the live uefi USB. The server is a fairly new one and I havent got a backup of it currently. Thanks.

Hi. We have an issue with one of our servers. We recently swapped out a motherboard to a Intel Server Board S5500BC. Since then we haven't been able to boot the OS (Ubuntu Server v18) at all. We have ran the Ubuntu boot loader repair tool via USB and when it gets to the stage of configuring the new boot GRUB, the system freezes and we have to hard reset it. I have tried putting in a new boot drive and installing Ubuntu Server onto that and it gets to installing the GRUB and the system also then freezes here too. What would you recommend doing next? We have tried googling our issue and can't find any answers to it. Thanks.

We have now made the windows 7 image boot via serva by using the windows 10 boot.wim in place of the windows 7 boot.wim Thanks For Your Help.

We have come back after the summer holidays and tried your instructions and it didn't work still we get the error no NIC or drivers.

Would you be able to assist us in setting up a WDS server as we are a bit unsure on how to set it up and how it works? and can we use a custom image as we have a custom install.wim for windows 10 and 7? Thanks in advance.

The font is in the requested path and seems to work okay as I have installed it onto my machine. We know that the NIC error is a driver issue however we can't seem to work out a way of getting the correct drivers to the boot.wim and install.wim. We have even tried not generalizing the windows 7 image (as all windows 7 machines will be the same) in hope that it carries over the drivers from that image.

We are using serva to image our computers inj classrooms but when using it we get errors like this in the serva log. [07/24 10:01:28.182] TFTP Err: File <Boot\Fonts\wgl4_boot.ttf> : error 3 in CreateFile; The system cannot find the path specified. we also have the problem where our windows 7 image wont boot we get to the serva logon page on the client and before we can enter the user name or password we get the error: Loading network resources: FAILED; no NIC/ Driver, Aborting How can we solve these problems we have tried many things on the website and forums and no luck. https://www.vercot.com/~serva/

ok thanks i couldn't get it to boot into it it kept on saying boot failed half way through loading i think I'm going to try and sell it and buy a new one like the one you recommended or newer if i can find on better and cheaper

ok will try it then can i do the inital setup from another pc or do i have to do that from the server

can i config and manage it from a different pc like with unraid through a web gui
