    So I need help with my PC, Specs are Ryzen 2600 Asus tuf b350 gaming plus Corsair vengeance lpx 2x8 Evga rtx 2080 super The problem is no video, I first got a 2070 and that gave me no video or post codes and so I tried a gt 420 I had lying around and that worked, so I returned the gpu and got a different one and it has the same issues as the 2070 I have also updated the bios, cleared the cmos, and checked the psu voltage

    Disclaimer: I am Doing this as I have not gotten help from any other method I have tried I got charged multiple times for floatplane and when I discovered this I sent a email to the floatplane help email and then four days latter I still have no reply. Considering that this issue involves payment and is not just a bug, this is unacceptable. If anyone has a connection to one of the floatplane staff that could help me out that would be great.

    it was the only version of linux that would boot, i think it has something to do with the gpu drivers. also because the laptop has almost no cpu power.

    I am trying to install puppy linux 6.3.2 on my dell inspron 41171 when i boot from usb i have to setup my xorg and i have to use the unaxccelerated gpu driver i get into the GUI and partition the internal drive on my laptop and then go to install and it says it completed but when i reboot the UEFI BIOS does not recognize the internal drive as bootable I am willing to install any version of linux on this laptop this is just the only one that has even booted off of usb I can provide more info as needed just don't know what to provide till told
