I’m already on version 1909 and I checked to see if there was updates but there were no updates

I’m having major problems on cod mw on pc when I load into the game the loading screen freezes and then the game shuts down but sometimes it will get to the screen where you select campaign or multiplayer and that’s fine but when I click multiplayer then it freezes and crashes (it’s been doing this every since I got the game like 2 days ago) what I’ve tried ive tried reinstalling amd driver (rx 580) scanned for problems on blizzard (no problems) deleted game and reinstalled nothing work can anyone help! pc i7 3770 16gb ram 2x500gb ssd rx 580 4gb

I have a pc with i7 3770 16gb ram 2x500gb ssd 600w psu rx 580 4gb i want to buy a lg 25in 75hz freesync ultra wide monitor with a res of 2560x1080p will I be able to run it with the card I have? i mostly play - fortnite - cod mw - overwatch - csgo - gta 5 - pubg any help would be great
