    Yes it is OC to 4.7. I use DDU to uninstall drivers and reinstalled them and im still having the same problem.

    Specs 1080ti FE 7700k 16gb Ram 1080p monitor ( i know) It seems like for my setup i am getting low fps. In games like battlefield one im only getting 60-70fps and in GTA 5 im getting around 60fps. I noticed that the GPU usage is around 99%. For benchmarks i have seen, it looks like i should be getting a lot more FPS. Anyone have any ideas?
