I think my motherboards thermometer is broken simple its stuck at 113c. Should i get is replaced or just use it? It works fine but I'm just not sure if its because i only have on case fan. How can I get it replaced if I got the part from Umart Online?

I pretty sure I did something wrong. I even had to bend back the ethernet tab because it ended up inside the port.
