  1. I've disconnected and reconnected everything internal, but still there is nothing. The power supply and motherboard are still getting power because my peripherals will still light up when connected. Should I call a repair service?
  2. It was first on the floor of the backseat standing upright. Then it was laid down on its side in the passenger seat. There was minimal movement, if any. It was in a sedan with decent suspension. Overall not much movement.
  3. I just reseated everything. It's still not turning on. There is still power to my peripherals like before, so I think the power supply and motherboard are fine.
  4. My PC was working 3 days ago, and then I packed it up since I was moving houses. Now after I try turning it on, it won't show any signs of electrical activity whatsoever. My fans don't turn on and nothing lights up. The power supply and motherboard are getting power because if I attach any of my peripherals, they light up. However, the PC won't turn on at all. I had just kept it in my car while moving. Any ideas what could be wrong?
  5. Okay I'll do this method and update here on what happens. Thanks for the advice.
  6. No. I've been using the "cloud reinstall" where it downloads windows online and then installs it. I attempted the local one because I thought that since the download finished for the cloud one before the process terminated, maybe the local reinstall could find the downloaded file and use that to install. Do I have to do it with a USB?
  7. I've been recently getting a green screen of death. I was in the Windows Insider program so I had Windows 11. I've been attempting to freshly reinstall my windows, but it always redirects me to the blue startup repair screen when it's partially through. I've tried both the cloud reinstall options and the local reinstall one, but nothing seems to work. My hard drive is fine because I managed to open file explorer through command prompt and backup a lot of my files on external drives in case things went wrong. Does anyone know what might be wrong? It keeps redirecting me to the screen in the image. CPU: Intel i3-8100 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 PSU: Seasonic s12ii 520W Bronze Motherboard: Gigabyte B360M-DS3H

Specs: CPU: Intel i3-8100 GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Motherboard: GigaByte B360M DS3H PSU: Seasonic S12II 520w Bronze HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 2TB 3.5 in, 500gb Dell (came with original Dell OptiPlex 790) I had originally gotten a Dell OptiPlex 790 Mid-Tower with different hardware components inside. I replaced all of them over time and got better parts. I'm planning on getting a new case next to put all my parts in. However, I'm not sure how to check if my motherboard fan headers can be split to supply all my fans. My motherboard has 3 fan headers. I will have 5 fans total: 1 CPU fan, 4 case fans (3 in the front, 1 in the rear). I am looking at this case currently: https://www.amazon.com/Rosewill-Computer-Tempered-Cooling-Management/dp/B07J63FBZJ/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=rosewill+v500&qid=1574113405&s=electronics&sr=1-1 Thanks in advance for the help.
  9. Sorry I posted that twice on accident. My computer's working. I just had to use the screwdriver to start it. All hardware is fine. Thanks a ton for the help. ?
  10. This is the picture of the motherboard seated. The three screen holes that are open aren't touching any metal part of the mobo.

  12. I only have a case fan and the PSU and GPU connected to it. I unplug all of those?
  13. Oh I see what you mean. Thanks for the info. I will check this once I get home and I'll update you on this.
  14. I also have another question. Do any other cables need to be connected from the power supply to the motherboard in order for power to actually be flowing besides the 24-pin and the 2 4-pins that fit into the 8-pin?
