Hey quick question: can somebody direct me as to how Anthony was able to see how many times his email to Apple had been opened, or opened at all? @5:20 in the video

Hello everybody! So yesterday when I tried to boot up my PC, I had no video output. Everything seemed fine, fans were all spinning, the motherboard was lighting up, keyboard and mouse LEDs were working, but I had no video output and my GPU (EVGA RTX 2060 XC) had its fans running at max. I reseated the GPU and then everything worked perfectly, I thought it was just a weird thing and I wouldn't have the problem. Well, today I turned my PC on and sure enough, the same problem happened. What's strange about this is that after a reseat, it worked perfectly again. What's more strange is this only happens during the first boot of the day. I can shut down and restart it at any point and it will work fine. But it's that first boot that requires me to perform this "fix". Any help or solutions is much appreciated... INT. GAME ROOM - DAY 4 years ago In a darkened room we see a man, ZACH, he is at a desk with a darkened computer, pressing a power button repeatedly. Zach opens Steam once again ZACH Man I'm so glad Doom went on sale, I can finally play it! Zach then opens Doom, goes through the pre-launch setup, starts the game, and -- NARRATOR The once full of life monitors are now as dead as Zach's hopes and dreams. No longer will his AMD FX- 8320, Radeon R7 260X, 8GB of DDR3 1333 MHz, 1TB hard drive filled slug of a machine fulfill his gaming needs. No. He needs something more. He needs -- ASUS REPUBLIC OF GAMERS! With a state of the art system, filled with a slew of gaming peripherals, modern specs, and RGB goodness, all of Zach's low settings problems will be a thing of the past! Zach weeps.
