  2. Do you think they would they want me to send back the good RAM stick that came with the bad one in the same package?
  3. Exactly what I am thinking! The person I tried to talk to in customer support sent me a blank xls document via email to download, fill out, save, and attach to my reply email. This is what the document looks like. AVEXIR_USER RMA FORM.xls
  4. I will give that a try. They are having me enter in information into a document in the form of an excel spreadsheet at the moment.
  5. Hello again Fellas! I bought 4 2x8gb RAM kits from Avexir on Newegg on 12/31/16, and finally installed all 64gb into my build 6 months later. Fast forward to today (5/30/19), my PC will turn on, but not fully post. The monitor, keyboard, and mouse would not light up or show any sign of functionality. I did some troubleshooting and found that one out of the 8 modules I have, decided to kick the bucket and wouldn't let my PC post. I have looked online for solutions on how to repair dead RAM sticks, and found that a lot of people recommend baking the RAM stick. The problem is that I do not have a spare oven to bake the RAM stick and it is too expensive and hard to find to take chances. Do any of you know of a company or a person that repairs RAM professionally? Otherwise I am open to other suggestions on what to do next. PC specs are below. Intel core i7 6950X MSI X99A Gaming Pro Carbon Avexir Green Tesla (64gb) Corsair H100i v2 Corsair HX1000i 80+ Platinum Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 ti Founder's Edition NZXT H440 Razer Edition
  6. Hello all! I Just built my very first, but very expensive desktop PC. I bought the MSI X99A gaming pro carbon motherboard because I needed a motherboard that is compatible with the processor that I bought, and to be able to support more than 64gb of RAM if I plan to upgrade my memory in the future. I also bought the motherboard in terms of aesthetics since I planned for a black and green themed build. I also bought the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 ti Founder's edition card. All in All, My PC works fantastic, but It pains me that I cannot adjust my RGB lighting on my motherboard like the product promised me that I could. If I download and install the MSI Gaming App, it lags my GPU causing my mouse cursor to move painfully slow and everything loads extremely slow, forcing me to restart my PC and have it happen all over again. After finally uninstalling the MSI Gaming App and restarting my PC, everything is back to normal and functioning well. I may have already pointed out my problem and just so happen to be wasting my time, but can anyone else give me a different perspective of what might be the problem? Linus perhaps?... My specs are listed below. Processor: Intel Core i7 Extreme 6950X Motherboard: MSI X99A Gaming Pro Carbon RAM: Avexir Raiden series Green Tesla (64gb) CPU cooler: Corsair H100i v2 Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 ti Founder's Edition Power Supply: Corsair H1000i 80+ Platinum Case: NZXT H440 Razer edition Storage: Samsung 850 pro 256 gb, and Samsung 850 EVO 2TB
