i am rocking a intel i7 6700k 16 gigs of DDR4 ram and 2 Nvidia 1070's so i dont think it should be a preformance thing

Hello i have had issues with my keyboard, when i try to type @ or £ after i type these symbols in there will be a 3-4 second delay before anything appears on the screen, i have tried various keyboards and it doesnt seem to fix the problem, this might be a windows bug. Is there anyone else with these issues, and is there a fix to the problem? Thanks in advance - Zarhym
