Real talk: how are you supposed to balance time…

I would probably suggest if at all possible, spend about two hrs then take a break then go back to doing your home work. you would need to take a break at some point to gather your thoughts and, clear your head. What are you interested in doing for a job? Here are just a few suggestions 1, go into the military if young enough (free education) 2,law enforcement, 3 fire fighter, emt 4 pilot just a few suggestions not to sure if your interested in or not just putting it out there.
  3. Today, I will be receiving my 2 new (27 inch) monitors via fed ex. In December I will be getting my very last piece to my new computer  before I take it in to be built, which is my CPU. 8 core 201 V3 Jan 3rd 2018 I will be taking it in for the big build and enjoy my flight simulator once again. I will be buying Prepared 3D V4 and get my rudder peddles. yeaaaaaa can't wait.

  5. you are 100% correct, after find the cable that said CPU on it I looked at both ends and figured out the end that had cpu on it did in deed split in to two 4 pin. that's awesome thank you. maybe  you can tell  were to hook the cable that is showing in the second set of pictures which is a female end.

  6. this is the female end that goes to the mother board I think it connects to the fan connector 1 connection on the mother board
  7. the fan controller and the hdd hot swat I have connected to the same cable the connector that's not so clear connects to the mother board
  8. I think I figured out where that connector goes because there is a fan 1 and fan 2 connections I believe that it connects to the fan connection 1

  17. I have posted where you asked me to. Also I posted a few pictures of what I need help with. the first is the connector that connects my fan controls and HDD hot swap that needs to connect to the mother board and the other two pictures are of the 4 pin ATX power connection and the 3rd is of my mother board

  18. High folks, as some one that has never built a computer before I need some detailed help. If you look at my case and mother board on my profile you will see what I'm talking about I hope. On my ASUS Mother Board looking were the cpu goes just to the right are two power connections, one is a 6 pi which goes to the power supply and then you have the ATX power 4 pi connector, now one of my questions is the 4 pin where dose the other end connect to? On the case I have fan controls and HDD hot swap which I have connected together but there is a connector that supposed to connect to the mother board were on the mother board dose this connect to? Please see pictures. The manual is not detailed enough for me to understand how to make the connections correctly. thank you all for your help

Near the CPU is a 24 pin I know that I have that in my cables, how ever the 4pin right next to that 6 pin is a separate power cable and not to sure how that hooks up or were it hooks up. I know that the mother board is labeled and some of the connections are as well. If you look at my case that I have listed has fan controls and HDD hot swap connections that I have got but the cable that comes off the power supply cable connecting the two together I'm not to sure where that goes on my mother board.
  21. The exact date that my new desk top computer will be built is January 5th. I would have loved to assembled it myself, however I have never built a computer together before and the mother board manual dose not make it very clear on how to wire every thing up correctly.

Create a thread in CPUs, motherboards, and memory about it, and people will come to help.
