Yeah, it asked to confirm my options when I exited it, so it did save it.

When I change my CPU fan speed in my BIOS, it works fine for a while, but then if I shut it down and restart it it resets itself. How do I set it so that it actually saves over shut downs and restarts? I need to do this so that my PC can be quiter when doing homework. I am using a Ryzen 5 3400g with stock cooler, on a MSI B450M PRO-M2 MAX Motherboard. This is what shows up in my BIOS, if it helps:

So my birthday is coming up, and I am going to wait for the Ryzen 4000x announcement to buy my first PC, but I was wondering if I am still able to buy parts now? I know I obviously can't get a motherboard but what about other parts like RAM or PSU? Thanks.
