  1. For some reason when I'm playing graphic intensive games, I only get up to 55C MAX temp. Does that mean my gpu is barely under any load? Also with a Ryzen 7 1700 3.8ghz and a GTX 1080 ROG OC card, I only get 220 ish fps MAX on overwatch on full low settings. Also only 130ish fps on PUBG
  2. Sometimes when I start up my computer, the red LED numbers on my motherboard just start blinking 00 and my screen just blackscreens. (After just restarting my PC it turns on normally) This happens rarely but I want to know what causes this issue. Also everytime I start up my PC, it goes through this cycle of weird letters and numbers for a few seconds before turning on. Is this normal or is there something wrong?
  3. I'm probably just going to have to use Ryzen Master for now as well. Do I have to do it everytime I turn on my PC?
  4. When I overclock my Ryzen 7 1700 on my Asrock Taichi x370 motherboard to 3.9ghz with 1.4v, it shows up on my task manager performance chart and on my bios. But when I check it on CPU-Z it shows that the clock speeds dropped to 1.5ghz. After I reset my CMOS and don't touch any overclocking and go into CPU-Z it shows that the clockspeeds is back up to the normal 3.2ghz~. the XMP Profile 2.0 I use to get my RAM up to 3200ghz works fine and shows up properly on CPU-Z. It's just that everytime I try and overclock my CPU even to something like 3.5ghz, it doesn't show up properly and always drops down to 1.5ghz. I'm 100% sure I'm doing my overclocking properly and feeding my chip enough voltage. I just don't really know how to fix this issue. pls help <3
  5. how would i perform a mobo update. never tried it before.
  6. I purchased my mobo like 2 weeks ago. pretty sure its on 2.20 bios
  7. I'm currently using the Asrock Taichi x370 motherboard with the G.SKILL TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Z170 Platform Desktop Memory F4-3200C16D-16GTZKW. I'm having issues getting my ram speeds above 2400. Trying to raise it up because my CPU (Ryzen 1700) loves higher ram speeds. The XMP profile 2.0 doesn't work at all with my memory. I tried every speed possible and 2400 is the only one that works above the 2133 basic one. Haven't tried to adjust the RAM Voltage above 1.35 yet. Would appreciate any feedback/help. Thanks!
  8. I'm not really into the whole aesthetics aspect of the PC. All I'm looking for is the maximize my performance.
  9. My budget is in the range of $2700 USD and I'm still deciding whether to go with an AMD Ryzen system or a Intel i7 7700k build. Would be great if you helpful group of humans were to assist me with the construction of my new rig. aka pls halp am bad. :c
