  1. yes i saw it while looking arround and trying to find the problem, its at 60 by default I will try to lower it and see if I get some results
  2. I forgot to say that when I use only my 23" icons on the toolbar get smaller than the toolbar itself and that i'm using windows 8
  3. Soo today I connected my samsung c24fg70 (23",1080p,144hz,1ms,curved) monitor to my Asus UX303L(13",940M) using a new hdmi cable, I realised very soon that the image on the monitor is worse than the laptop one(just notable not a big difference). I'm using both devices simultaneusly and the image is doubled on my 23"monitor from the 13" monitor I think this is the issue maybe coming from a 13" to a 23" monitor ruins the image. PS:I already checked both resolution(1080 and 1080) and I tryed to use only the second monitor disabling the first but nothing changes.
  4. Soo which of the 1070's has the best base performance and whic has the best overclocked performance (i'm not considering to ever use a VR) i play in a 1080p monitor and i'm going maybe in the near future to upgrade to a 2K one (thats why i choose 1070 instead of 1060). I will principaly play medium tier games and even AAA one's if that's importante to know when choosing one of this models. i heard that there isn't really much difference betwen the different brands but i want to be sure of it and find the best option.
  5. The question is the title itself, is it possible to get to 144hz at 1080p using this monitor+laptop?
