  1. I completely agree that Ryzen would be the better choice. But in this instance considering that I mainly game, and that buying a new motherboard would be a requirement for Ryzen the i7 would be a cheaper-ish option. Hey maybe i'm so so wrong lol.
  2. Buying used CPU's always seemed sketchy to me, Micro Center has an i7-9700k on sale for $300 right now.
  3. Concerned that my i5-9600k will limit the 3080 quite a bit, not really sure where to start with upgrading.
  4. I can't seem to get over 1041 cb stock, seems low compared to other benchmarks with the same CPU. I've tried to update the bios, reinstall windows and set the Cinebench priority to high in task manager. 5. Hello, I recently purchased the Gigabyte RTX 2060 Gaming OC Pro online, and after taking the card out of the box I noticed that the backplate and PCB look bent. Is this a serious problem, and should I RMA right away?
  6. Is a R5 1600 a good choice for a 1050 ti, or should I choose something completely different? I have a pretty high budget, so money isn't an issue. Would buying an R5 1600 now and then upgrading the GPU later be a smart decision?
  7. Is really waiting for the Ryzen refresh the best option? Forgot to mention that i'm on a budget so.
  8. Would upgrading to a Pentium G4560 from a FX 6300 be a smart choice? And would there be any bottlenecks with a Pentium G4560 and a 750 Ti. Yes I am aware that I will need a new mobo as well as ddr4 memory, that's not a problem.
  9. Yeah I'll probably just save until GPU/RAM pricing becomes more reasonable, thanks guys!
  10. Alright, what would be the minimum price you would pay for a 1050 ti currently?
  11. Maybe what I need to be saying is if I were to get a 1050 ti would I be completely wasting my money.
  12. So getting a Ryzen 3 2200G along with a compatible mobo with ddr4 ram would be a better option?
  13. If I do a GPU upgrade my first concern would be how bad the fx 6300 could potentially bottleneck the 1050 ti. My second concern is would I even see a performance boost at all in games that would be more CPU intensive.
