  1. I've built my pc and everything seems to be working, all fans spinning, green led on mobo. However I either end up on an American megatrends screen detailing what's inside or a flashing underscore. The keyboard either isn't connected or cause the American megatrend screen to not appear. My pc is a Cpu. Amd fx 8350 Mobo. Asus sabertooth 990fx Graphivs card sapphire radeon 5830 1gb Ram 4gb ddr3 Storage 1tb hdd Psu corsair 80+ bronze 550w (Alot were given to me and will be upgraded later)
  2. glad i had the right cpu. ill have a look for the 8gb instead so thanks for the help
  3. im leaning towards ryzen for the extra cores while editing, and as ill be sticking to 1080p feel 4gb is enough. do you think i should get the 8gb though even at 1080p
  4. I need help with a build. I live in Ireland and want to build my first pc. I will mostly be using this for gaming on games like rainbow six siege, destiny 2, bf1,pubgand more basic titles like csgo and minecraft. I will also be using sony vegas for editing and photoshop. I'd like to be able to run games at 1080p and at least have a solid 70+ frame rate at the highest possible preset i can use. (im not sure on what to expect) Ideally i would like to spend between 800 and 1000. I have a keyboard, mouse and monitor so that budget is just for the build. I'm also building in Ireland. I have a potential build in mind however I would like to hear what you all have to say as i would like to get the best performance. https://ie.pcpartpicker.com/list/3DQXYT
  5. im going to search up some more vids and stuff on the differences between the r5 2600 and the r7 1700x so thanks for the input

  7. thanks im having some issues with getting to that website for some reason so it will take a while ha. i appreciate the help though. is there any other graphics cards you would recommend? im just concious of the delivery cost however if this is the best option ill just save the extra moey and work with that
  8. nice to hear it, its nice to hear from someone who actually has experience with a part that its good
  9. thank you, im new to pc part picker is there a way to check the delivery cost or do i need to use the quoted websit for that?
  10. would the ryzen 7 1700x be a good choice? ZRteth has just recommended it and i have also researched it prior to my post but another opinion is nice
  11. potentially sony vegas pro but if thats optimistic for the budget ill real it back haha. more focus on photoshop and krita right now. i will hopefully be playing rainbow six siege, gta 5 and if possible pubg.
