Hello everyone, I'm currently building a costum desk pc and I had to get two PSU's that were both 300 watts as they were the thinnest ones I could find. However, they do not have an 8pin and 6pin cable for my GTX 980. Are there any adapters i could use to get an 8pin and 6pin cable for my GPU or will i need to buy a new PSU? Hello everybody, I am looking for a very thin PSU for a costum build that I'm making (the thinner the better but preferably one that isn't super dodgy and won't explode) and preferably about 500 watts of power at least however I could potentially combine two powersupplies together so if there is a very thin powersupply that is only 250 or 300 watts then it should work hopefully. I'm not bothered about any of the other dimensions... Do you guys know any PSU's that fit this specification? Many thanks

The macbook pro 2019 has shown very good CPU scores idk how they do it but its able to match or beat something like the Asus ROG scar 3 with its i9 (although it is slightly less powerful however it is definitely better cooled). I think about 2kg would be great and a better that can last 5-6+ hours would also be good. Thanks for the help.

I've been needing a new laptop since I've been doing more and more 3D design. I currently use Fusion 360 to do all of my design work and I was wondering if you guys could recommend me a laptop that isn't super beefy and doesn't weigh like 5kg (since I need to take it tk school and I travel a fair bit). I was considering the 15inch Macbook Pro with i9 and vega 20, because of the crazy CPU performance and fairly solid GPU. I also slightly prefer Mac OS but I'm completely fine with windows as my main desktop uses it, so I am willing to maybe get a windows laptop. I'm willing to spend up to about 2800 british pounds. I also dont really game at all because I dont have any time. So the laptop would be for 3d modelling, some occasional video editing and just the usual school work. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.... many thanks.
