I got it working in the second dimm slot instead of the first. But it did post saying on the screen "Overclocking Failed Press F1 to go into BIOS" is that ok?

Hi, I am 13 years old and just built a new computer for Christmas. When I got home today form school my computer was on a black screen but all the case fans were running. When I opened up the case the DRAM LED on on the motherboard was solid red. I reset the computer and it didn't post. I've checked the Motherboard Manual and have already tested each of the memory dimms. Nothing has fixed the problem so far. Any help? Thanks!
