Yeah I made a discord server after, MOTF somehow went off line (or so I thought).
It was originally meant as a kinda spin off with one thread.
We just made the rule book public (took us way to long as we couldn't figure it out (based mostly off of forum CS)
 

One day a man (woman, enby, person...) asked a simple question. A minute inquiry. And on that day, became a legend. 

They made a discord server to try and replace this thread as a place to do. . .
whatever this thread does.

I will definitely not do that. 

Why am I a Senior Moderator when it feels like all I do is moderate children.

Stock cooler will get the job done.
 
Replaced the PSU with one that isn't a clear and present danger.
 
If you could stretch to 600 I would get a nicer SSD (heard a lot of bad stuff about the Kingston A400, anecdotally) and a better case. 
 
 

If you want to save some money, the stock cooler will cool the 10400f perfectly fine and the evga w1 series are absolutely awful, ur better off spending the money not spend on a new uneeded cooler on a better psu

The 24G2, 24G2U and 24G2U/BK are practically all the exact same model, but for different regions. Get the one that is cheapest for you. It's the best value monitor around.
 
The 24G2A models are something else.

it should work as a 'G-sync compatible' monitor but you will need to enable the toggle in the control panel if it's not Nvidia certified. Also that monitor really shouldn't be used for HDR as it doesn't get bright enough for a decent experience.

A great value pick is currently the LG 27GL83A-B, which often sells around $280. If you want something higher end the MSI MAG274QRF-QD is as good as it gets before going down the HDR rabbit hole.

Maybe its something to do with RAM filling up? 
Looks like you're running games on integrated, perhaps it could be thermal throttling, could you share temps or look into how those affect your experience and report back?
