NvidiaIntelAMDLoveTriangle got a reaction from Ashley MLP Fangirl in Dutch DPA's use of Microsoft's Data Viewer Tool reveals that no Windows 10 telemetry is anonymous
Of course it's not anonymous, how the bloody hell can they make money from anonymous data? They can't.
And before some poor sap replies and says that telemetry is done to improve the user experience. Yeah right keep dreaming mate. They don't care about improving their product for the user, they care about improving their product for themselves to better sell your data.

AMD GPU (and CPU) arent as efficient, so they didnt bother making a card with super low TDP rating. It will just make them look bad

It's called End of Life and End of Support.
A company cannot support ancient technology forever, there has to be a point where you cut it off and move on.
Stop expecting your 20 year old CPU and Windows XP installation to get updates for 100 years.

I dont because I OCed enough PCs to not waste my time with it. The amount of work put in to make sure its stable to essentially inflating benchmark egos makes it not worth it. I mean its kind of hard to argue when a 10% increase OC is amazing yet the next gen Intel increases 10% and people say the performance is the same and whine about it which blows my mind.

Still OCing wont save either Intel or AMD

#Triggered with all the years I spent in here proving how locked i7's are the best value for your money, specially now where overclocking will give rather insignificant boost since the locked chip can sustain 4.4ghz on all cores already with significant savings in cooling, motherboard, without the need to delid.

You realize not everyone OCs right? I mean its cool if you want your 1.5 fps increase but more cores and better single thread performance matters more.

First of all, this isnt an important piece of news, just something that caught my eye.

The first half of the post is about difference between H310, H370, B360 and Z370, I'm sure you can find English posts about it. What catches my eyes is the last part, about available Coffee Lake CPUs after new chipsets are released.

This bit of Chinese translates to:
Now, it's the only site I can find that mentions this, but it is an interesting decision made by Intel if it's true. In the past, CPUs already in production gets to stay with newer ones released at a later date, which leads to many i5s, i3s, Pentiums and Celerons of the same generation (especially Haswell). I guessed they are trying to make their product line less complex. but in this case only 1 Pentium Gold
and 1 Celeron makes sense to be added, the rest shouldnt be here.

Also, I expected to see the T lower power chips appear, though not like anyone (not the tech news reporters at least) cared about it...

As long as Microsoft owns the vast majority of OS market share developers won't move to Linux. I doubt users will move, we've had so much garbage locked down over the years and just rolled over and accepted it I can't see any world where an OS will be different

No they wont.  People have been saying this since 2000 Pro and XP.

Linux usage is up due to SBC's being a thing along with the used hardware market being much larger now (cheap Linux friendly used business laptops especially).

Linux is still a huge mess on cutting edge desktop hardware.

For steam OS to be useful, it needs 99% of the triple A library.
Its nowhere close to that currently.

NvidiaIntelAMDLoveTriangle reacted to Mr Technician in Shadowplay clips' audio is out of sync in Sony Vegas
Shadowplay records with a variable framerate whereas Sony Vegas uses a constant framerate, so the two will eventually drift out of sync. For existing footage you can use handbrake to transcode it to a constant framerate and in the future I'd recommenced using OBS Studio set to the NVENC encoder (same as shadowplay) to allow you to record a constant framerate.
