because high ping make you slide while shooting,however people advantage from high ping so why don't i play like them btw there is something called bat file but don't know what is that so just a 150 ping is good

i'm looking for a programs like uTorrent to make my ping a bit high/spike for online games any ideas?

i'm running out of ideas what might cause this, so i just bought new headphones with micro now when i check it from the task bar and try to talk it's running fine, when i test in steam or discord nothing works my friends can't hear my voice, (i'm using the front plugs)

Hello, so i am building a Gaming PC but i have one problem, i want to buy the graphic card and CPU,RAM etc,from another country US and i'm from another country (israel) so we have completely different power like "In Israel the power sockets are of type H. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz." so i though to buy my power supply 650W from here and other stuffs from US the question is i will run the PC perfect or i will face problems?.
