  12. the coolermaster hyper 212 evo is a very good cooler for the price of 29 dollars ( https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-RR-212E-20PK-R2-120mm/dp/B005O65JXI/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1501992271&sr=1-1&keywords=hyper+212+evo ) i find average max temps of 53 degrees ( under realistic load ) and average lows of 32 degrees ( idle/very low load ) with my i7 7700
